Legal information
Privacy Policy
What data is needed to run the planner, what happens at sign-in, and who can see shared content.
1. Controller
The controller for this website and the Satisfactory Planner is:
TMM Interactive
Mattes Rohlfing
Käpt'n Lüers Straße 7, 27321 Thedinghausen, Germany
Email: contact@tmm-interactive.de
2. Visiting the website
To deliver the website securely, we process connection data sent automatically by your browser: IP address, date and time, requested page, status code, browser and operating-system information, and referring page where available. We use this data to deliver and secure the site and to investigate faults or misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is reliable, secure operation.
3. Sign-in with Discord
You may use the planner without an account. If you choose Discord sign-in, Discord authenticates you. We receive and process the account ID, display name, email address and profile picture made available during sign-in. We use them to maintain your session, identify your account and display your name and avatar in the planner. We do not receive or store your Discord password.
Sign-in is initiated by you and takes place with Discord under its own responsibility. Discord may process data outside the EU/EEA; details are in Discord's Privacy Policy. Our legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where account-based features are requested.
4. Planner and shared workspaces
When you save a game online, we process your account ID and planner content: game names, factory plans, train data, map annotations, notes, settings and backups. We process this only to provide, save and restore the planner (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
A shared workspace makes its content available to people you invite. During joint work, members can see your display name, profile picture and current area in the planner. Changes are sent to authorised members so everyone sees the current version. Do not enter sensitive personal data in shared plans or notes. Share invitation links only with people you trust; you can disable a link or remove members in workspace settings.
5. Cookies and browser storage
We use only technically necessary cookies and browser storage. They keep a signed-in session active, remember the selected game and save interface preferences. Planner data, preferences and notes used locally can be stored in your browser's local storage; they remain on your device until you migrate them online or delete browser data.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. No consent banner is required for the technically necessary storage described above.
6. Recipients and storage period
Online planner data is stored on infrastructure operated by us or on our behalf. We use Cloudflare as a technical provider to deliver and protect the website; it processes connection data such as IP address and request metadata for this purpose. Technical service providers receive data only where this is necessary to operate and secure the service. It is not sold or used for advertising. Other users receive data only when you enable a shared workspace. Discord is a recipient only when you actively use Discord sign-in.
Cloudflare may process connection data outside the EU/EEA. Where a transfer to a third country takes place and no adequacy decision applies, it is protected by the applicable safeguards, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses under Article 46 GDPR.
We retain technical connection data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Online game data, including backups, remains until you delete the game or request deletion of related account data. Local browser data remains until you remove it in the planner or browser.
7. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you have the following rights:
- Right of access (Article 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR)
- Right to erasure / “right to be forgotten” (Article 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR)

- Right to object (Article 21 GDPR)
- Right to withdraw consent at any time with future effect, where processing is based on consent (Article 7(3) GDPR)
- Right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR)
For requests about your data or account deletion, email contact@tmm-interactive.de.
